Adult Coaching is re-commencing for the Autumn Season on WEDNESDAY 14th SEPTEMBER. Dave Cooney and his team are going to run the following coaching sessions: ->  Beginners  -  Weds 7pm to 8pm ->  Intermediate / League Players – Weds 8pm to 9pm ->  Ladies Clinic – Weds 9am to 10am Each course will last 6 weeks and costs €60 per member (€85 for non-members.) Cardio Tennis Weds 13th January for 4 Weeks

Why not kick-start the New Year with Cardio tennis with Dave Cooney to increase fitness levels and feel great?  It will be restarting on Wednesday 13th January 7.30 pm for 4 weeks.  €40 or €12 drop-in rate per session. This will only take place if sufficient numbers are interested.  So regardless of your fitness level or playing standard it benefits all! Sessions will run on the following dates: Nov 3rd,10th,17th, 24th. Cost for the four weeks is €40 or a drop in rate of €12.50 a class.
